Not only that, the tagline is ‘The ride of  a lifetime’. I hope the plot is as nuanced. From the plot summary…..

PC Simpson is an enthusiastic surfer. With the help of his father’s company’s engineer Howard he develops a high tech surf board for the coming world surf championship. But then he falls in love with the singer Jade.

His father’s company’s engineer’s name’s first letter is H. I mean, is he a surfer or a windsurfer? They are not the same.

Anyway, this movie inspires inspired inspiration from all who write about it. Celtics43 drops pun-nishment in his IMDB review…..

“What’s unforgettable about it is a 19-year old Nicole Kidman as a sassy rock singer in a red leather jacket and slit skirt (as well as in the nude for about 5 scenes – all too brief).”

Brief. Ha. Slit. Creepy. I guess after having seen Nicole’s dirty pillows in Eyes Wide Shut, you are duty-bound to compare them to a then 19 Nicole’s fun bags.
